If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a results-driven, excellence-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Supervise and coordinate the activities of Pre-Hospital Care (APH) teams, ensuring efficient rescue operations for accident victims and other emergencies on concessioned highways, while guaranteeing compliance with health and safety regulations, operational protocols, and ANTT guidelines. APH Team Management: Supervise rescue personnel (first responders, nursing technicians, drivers), ensuring adherence to shift schedules, continuous training, and performance in accordance with established protocols; Organize and manage shift schedules for APH rescue leaders, drivers, and first responders. Supervise and monitor timekeeping records for all APH staff, making necessary adjustments in the timekeeping system per internal guidelines. Response Coordination: Ensure rapid and effective medical response to highway incidents, monitoring team dispatch by the Operational Control Center (OCC) and proper execution of care; Standardization of Procedures: Ensure that all care aligns with pre-hospital protocols, Ministry of Health standards, ANTT regulations, SAMU guidelines, and applicable state/municipal legislation; Operational Resource Management: Supervise ambulance conditions, APH equipment, and medical supplies, ensuring availability and proper functionality for all interventions; Performance Indicator Analysis: Monitor care indicators (response time, incident type, clinical outcomes), prepare reports, and propose process improvements; Training and Capacity Building: Organize periodic trainings, emergency simulations, and refresher courses for APH teams, in coordination with other operational departments; External Agency Coordination: Maintain relationships with SAMU, Fire Department, Federal Highway Police (PRF), hospitals, and local health authorities to ensure mutual support and integrated emergency response; Documentation Management: Supervise the accurate issuance and archiving of care forms, incident reports, medication and supply logs, in compliance with legal requirements; Contingency Plan Support: Assist in developing and executing contingency and crisis response plans involving multiple casualties or events significantly impacting highway operations. **Requirements and qualifications** Experience in APH, SAMU, fire department, or emergency services; Leadership experience preferred; Driver's license category D; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related fields – preferred; Specialization in Pre-Hospital Care, Urgent and Emergency Care – preferred. **Additional information** Work location: Jataí/GO; Work schedule: Administrative or as required by the company; Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed Nacional); Life insurance; Wellhub (formerly Gympass) membership. **In our selection processes, all individuals are welcome. Way-153, located between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform partnered with Itaú Bank, with expertise across various business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. holds the concession for MS-112 and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned BR-158 section runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 section spans from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. holds the concession for BR-262, spanning from km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—a total of 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Concessionária Rota Sertaneja MG-GO manages 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins at BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG—from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG—from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the following cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, Veríssimo. **Way-364** – Concessionária da Rodovia BR-364 MT S.A., a Grupo Way Brasil company, assumed for 30 years responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway segments. This federal concession project covers parts of Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the state’s second-largest GDP. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—key routes transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
