




Job Summary: Ensure the store operates fully and effectively, guaranteeing excellence in customer service, people management, and achievement of commercial targets through active leadership and process management. Supervision of operations, inventory, and legal compliance Ensure full store operation, guaranteeing excellence in customer service, organization, people management, inventory control, compliance with legal regulations, and achievement of commercial targets through active leadership and integrated process management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise opening and closing procedures; inspect departments, safe, cash registers, and daily checklist; * Monitor sales, average transaction value, and ABC analysis; compare with last year (LY); guide team and adjust strategies; * Validate incoming and outgoing goods; authorize write-offs for supplies; monitor stagnant products and request restocking; * Verify operating license, pest control certification, fire extinguishers, AVCB (Fire Prevention and Control Certificate), and water filter; maintain updated records; * Conduct daily and weekly meetings; train team leaders and staff; monitor execution of checklists; * Oversee Store Leader’s operational activities regarding people, training, HR, and administrative reports; * Conduct safe audits (on Tuesdays and randomly); verify cash registers, cash withdrawals, and change funds; resolve discrepancies in receipts; * Monitor Google reviews; report to Marketing department; participate in corporate groups; * Execute maintenance checklists; inspect handbags and trash bins; ensure standards of cleanliness and organization; * Prepare and validate work schedules; monitor absences; conduct recruitment processes, resolve conflicts, deliver feedback, and develop talents. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Willingness to travel and relocate; * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager in retail of household goods; * Residence in São José dos Campos or nearby areas.
