**ACTIVITIES:** Lead and coordinate the sales consultants team, ensuring the execution of the store's action plan; Monitor goals and performance indicators, performing analyses and course corrections when necessary; Motivate and develop the team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment; Ensure that the unit is in good physical condition and in an appropriate environment to receive customers; Conduct selection, training, and continuous development of the team; Identify improvement opportunities, manage conflicts, and propose effective solutions; Monitor results and propose commercial strategies to achieve objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree completed; Desirable specialization in Administration, Sales, or Human Resources Management; Experience in managing field, sales, and retail teams; Valid driver's license category B and availability for travel.
