Job Summary: The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for managing shipping operations, including finished goods inventory, operational KPIs, and on-time delivery commitments, with emphasis on people management and budget oversight. Leads the team, developing talent and promoting high performance Responsible for fully supervising shipping activities, covering production reporting, material handling, warehousing, and strict control of finished goods inventory. The role focuses on managing operational KPIs and ensuring shipment flow to customers, guaranteeing full compliance with agreed delivery deadlines. In addition to ensuring data accuracy through physical inventories and supporting production flow, the supervisor must ensure that picking procedures meet loading targets and commercial requirements. From a financial and strategic perspective, the position involves monitoring the department’s budget and operating in accordance with the planned schedule. Crucially, the leader must focus on people management—motivating, retaining, and upskilling the team, developing talent, and fostering a high-performance environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What you’ll do here:** * Supervise shipping activities, conducting DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) with the operations team, communicating safety, quality, and scheduling requirements and processes. * Supervise departmental fixed expenses, striving to comply with the established budget; manage and control product inflows and outflows; * Manage the team on a daily basis, release operational routines, manage KPIs, control expenses, implement equipment preventive maintenance plans for the department, ensure execution of the planned loading demand plan, and distribute tasks according to the monthly plan. * Supervise production intake processes, inventory reporting, cyclic inventories, and finished goods warehousing—planning and delegating daily routines to operations teams. * Monitor billing demands from the Head Office and Distribution Centers (CDs). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we’re looking for in you:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Solid experience with WMS systems and proficiency in SAP (MM, WM, and SD modules). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate-level Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and analytical formulas).
