Job Summary:
This internship supports the measurement and consolidation of performance indicators, maintenance of performance reports, and governance of the Service Catalog, contributing to the continuous improvement of CSC processes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support the measurement and consolidation of CSC performance indicators (KPIs).
* Assist in maintaining and evolving the CSC Performance Report, consolidating operational results from departments.
* Support the governance of the CSC Service Catalog through the incident management system.
* Participate in managing daily operations and operational meetings, supporting indicator tracking and problem logging.
* Assist in process mapping and documentation, contributing to knowledge management and standardization across CSC departments.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and capacity analyses of CSC departments.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Competencies:**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering.
* Knowledge of Lean philosophy tools.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Experience in continuous improvement projects and familiarity with process mapping software will be considered advantageous.
