More information: www.ineos\-styrolution.com### ### **Current Opportunity** **Job Title** Senior Technical Services Analyst Location São Paulo, Brazil As a **Senior Technical Services Analyst**, you will be responsible for managing technical projects, supporting the development and approval of new products with OEMs, as well as providing technical consulting support to commercial teams and customers. You will be responsible for preparing technical documentation, managing SAP master data, monitoring laboratory validations, and conducting training sessions and technical visits. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the technical project pipeline, supporting new product development and trial runs (try-outs). * Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical documentation for OEM approval processes (PPAP). * Support the commercial team by providing product technical data sheets and technical consulting support. * Administer master data and codes for new products in ERP systems (SAP). * Provide technical support to customers through training, technical assistance, and guidance related to quality management systems. * Conduct technical visits to customers to support material approval and validation processes. * Monitor analyses performed by external laboratories for product validation. * Promote Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) practices for internal and external customers. **What You Bring** * Proven ability to interpret OEM standards and customer regulatory requirements. * Solid knowledge of polymer material analysis methodologies. * Experience operating in a highly competitive environment focused on achieving material approvals. * Ability to effectively manage customer requests, complaints, deadlines, and emergency situations. * Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP. **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Materials Engineering. * Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in roles relevant to this position. * Fluency in English. **Desirable Professional Experience** * Knowledge of technical sales and marketing. * Experience in product and business development. * Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001). * Strong customer relationship management capability. * Experience delivering technical product presentations. * Experience conducting laboratory material analyses. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Critical thinking * Teamwork and collaboration skills * Flexibility and adaptability * Excellent communication skills * Results orientation * Strong customer focus **We Have Great Chemistry** We believe diversity is perceiving difference; inclusion is valuing it.
