Lead agendas related to career development and performance management cycles. Develop and lead organizational culture initiatives aligned with the company’s values and strategy. Lead agendas related to employee engagement surveys and organizational actions. Monitor progress of talent management and diversity & inclusion program metrics. Lead Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) programs and initiatives, strengthening employee experience and sense of belonging. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree preferred. Experience in social responsibility initiatives. Project management and process review skills. Executive agenda facilitation experience. Proficiency in classroom-based training development. Intermediate/Advanced English.
