That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** Requirements Elicitation/Detailed Specification \- Act as a Senior Requirements Analyst in the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll systems modernization program, responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and managing business requirements. The professional will work directly with developers, end users, and stakeholders during the implementation of the new ERGON version (ERGON\-NG), the evolution of the RH 24 Hours solution, and the development of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and indicators—leading requirement gathering and validation, process mapping, functionality definition, support for report migration decisions, user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and requirements specification for development teams, ensuring alignment between business areas and delivered solutions throughout the entire modernization process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Payroll processes; * Experience in software requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification; * Experience in eliciting and specifying requirements for Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including defining KPIs, metrics, and management dashboards; * Experience and knowledge of system integrations; * Experience in corporate systems modernization projects; * Backlog management and refinement; * Writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Business Rules; * Business process modeling and documentation; * Facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); * SQL knowledge for data queries and analysis; **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience as a Product Owner (PO); * Knowledge of the ERGON TECHNE system; * Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools; * Knowledge of eSocial; * Experience with Jira; **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher (with 7.5% payroll deduction); * Life Insurance; * Benefits Club; * Daycare Assistance \- per collective bargaining agreement; * CLT employment contract; * 100% remote work.
