Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior SSMA Analyst to develop documents, provide technical support, create training programs, and interface with suppliers, promoting safety and integrity. We are looking for a **Senior SSMA Analyst** to work in **Piracicaba\-SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Preparation and updating of corporate SSMA documents; * Technical support to units and related departments regarding SSMA topics and occupational safety regulatory requirements (internal procedures, management manuals, and regulatory norms); * Participation in preparing SSMA campaigns and initiatives for the entire EAB area; * Conducting and supporting the development of technical and regulatory training programs; * Participation in preparing SSMA bulletins and lessons learned; * Interface with the procurement team regarding critical SSMA suppliers; * Support in financial analyses and budgeting for the area; **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of occupational safety standards and legislation / regulatory training; * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); **Your energy stands out even more if you have these items:** * Knowledge of safety culture, Power BI, Generative AI tools (preferred); * Knowledge of Process Safety (SEPRO); * Experience in SSMA management within industrial activities/environments. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed upon advancement): * Application \- completion of this form and additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
