**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer** to join our Global Security Office. This role reports to the Global Director of IGA and is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IGA technologies and processes that ensure secure and efficient identity and access management across the organization. The IAM Engineering Specialist will work closely with global, cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions, drive automation, and support the continuous evolution of our access control standards and practices.
**Qualifications**
* Senior-level experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Identity Governance & Administration engineering.
* Hands-on experience with leading IGA technologies and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity).
* Experience designing and implementing IGA solutions in large, complex enterprise environments.
* Fluency in spoken and written English for daily global interactions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
* Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies in security contexts.
