This professional will be responsible for bridging business needs with the development team, ensuring clarity, organization, and direction of requirements—all oriented toward results and value creation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives; * Evaluate and estimate the business value of initiatives and user stories, supporting decision-making; * Collaborate with the development team to prioritize deliveries; * Ensure execution of agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, etc.); * Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for the technical team; * Monitor delivery progress, ensuring quality and adherence to expectations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Experience with backlog management tools—especially Jira; * Ability to prioritize and make value-driven decisions; * Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in credit recovery; * Background working on financial products or digital platforms; * Certifications in agile methodologies or project management (CSPO, PSPO, PMP, etc.). **Position Context:** The candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing new portfolios on the Limpa Nome platform; prior knowledge of credit recovery is highly valuable for deeper understanding of business rules and maximizing outcomes. **Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Experience with backlog management tools—especially Jira; * Ability to prioritize and make value-driven decisions; * Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
