Opportunity to represent the company externally ; **1** **Position:** Senior HR Analyst **Responsibilities:** HR and Compliance Validation: Review payroll, vacation, termination, and benefits data submitted by accounting, ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and legal compliance. Time Tracking Management: Administer electronic time-tracking systems, ensuring reliability and generating reports for managers and executive leadership. Climate and Engagement: Conduct onboarding, climate surveys, wellness initiatives, and support employees through development pathways. Culture and Performance: Support managers in performance management, handle absenteeism and disciplinary data, and monitor the ethics reporting channel. General Administration: Maintain employment contracts, vendor relationships, and physical spaces; report HR metrics; and update institutional repositories. External Representation: Register the company for awards, certifications, and public calls related to culture and social impact. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields. Practical experience in HR (payroll, vacations, terminations, labor charges). Proficiency in Excel is mandatory: formulas, pivot tables, and automation. Experience in climate, performance, organizational culture, and HR metrics management. Strong communication skills, integrity, and empathy. **Work Schedule:** Full-time. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Compensation \+ Benefits:** Salary Range: BRL 3,000 to BRL 4,000.
