(Bitbucket, Bamboo, SonarQube, Nexus, ArgoCD, Terraform) * Implement DevOps practices appropriate to the company’s context. * Configure and maintain observability processes (monitoring, logging, and alerting). * Support the definition of KPIs and tracking of technical metrics (deployment time, failure rate). * Optimize and sustain the DevStack DevOps environment. * Create, maintain, and onboard new applications and teams onto DevStack. * Manage access, users, and permissions across development and production environments. * Implement tools for code quality and vulnerability analysis (SAST/DAST). * Provide specialized technical support to internal teams. * Update pipelines and ensure source code version control. * Assist in analyzing the cloud environment (AWS/GCP) and suggest improvements. * Support the implementation of cloud governance and security best practices. * Automate infrastructure using IaC (Terraform). **Essential Qualifications:** * **CI/CD & DevOps**: Solid experience with pipelines (Bitbucket, Bamboo, SonarQube, Nexus, ArgoCD) and IaC (Terraform). * **Containers & Kubernetes**: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Helm, RBAC, rollout strategies, and troubleshooting. * **Cloud**: Proficiency in AWS or GCP (compute, networking, storage, IAM, observability). * **Observability**: Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, alerting, and distributed tracing. * **Security & Governance**: SAST/DAST, secret management, hardening, compliance, and best practices. * **SRE**: Definition of SLI/SLO, incident management, automation, and post-mortems. * **FinOps**: Cost optimization, tagging, and financial governance. * **Automation & Scripting**: Bash + Python or Go. * **Git & Version Control**: GitFlow, code review, semantic versioning. * **Foundations**: Linux, networking, HTTP/TLS, DNS. * **Collaboration**: Team onboarding, clear documentation. * **Technical English** * Hybrid model in São Bernardo do Campo/SP. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Pipeline migration, advanced GitOps (FluxCD), Service Mesh, container security, Ansible/Packer, chaos engineering, developer platform (Backstage). * **AWS Certification (Associate or Professional)**, plus CKA/CKAD, Terraform Associate, FinOps Practitioner.
