We are looking for a **Senior .NET Developer** to join one of our strategic clients in the insurance/financial sector, in an environment that intensively uses Artificial Intelligence in daily development activities. In this role, you will work hands\-on on C\# development (.NET Framework and .NET Core), heavily leveraging code assistants and prompt engineering to accelerate delivery — while critically validating all AI-generated suggestions before approval. The environment combines Azure-based systems, integrations via APIM and Service Bus, Oracle databases, and mature DevOps practices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze, design, develop, and implement high\-quality software solutions. * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure continuous integration and delivery of projects within established timelines. * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, etc.) to align project objectives with business goals. * Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring application stability and optimal performance. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes. * Use code assistants to accelerate feature development. * Create efficient prompts for code generation, refactoring, and documentation. * Critically validate AI suggestions prior to approval. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT. * At least 3 years of experience in DevOps automation, including CI and CD. * Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tracking tools. * Advanced knowledge and hands\-on experience with C\# (.NET Framework and .NET Core), ASP.NET, PL/SQL, WebServices and APIs, Service Bus, Azure, and APIM. * Oracle database. * Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). * Prior experience in the insurance sector or financial institutions. * Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure). * Proficiency in Prompt Engineering applied to software development. * Knowledge of few\-shot prompting and chain\-of\-thought techniques for coding. * Understanding of data security and privacy considerations when using public and private AIs. **Desirable:** --------------- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Relevant certifications in DevOps or other IT areas. **Additional information** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * SESI and SESC benefits, providing access to health, wellness, and leisure services; * Partnerships with educational institutions, offering exclusive discounts on courses and academic programs; * Opportunities for internal growth and participation in strategic projects; * Chance to work for a company in a rapidly expanding market.
