**About the Opportunity** ------------------------ We are seeking a professional with experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) to support, maintain, and enhance end-to-end OTC processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. We seek someone with strong functional experience in SAP SD/FI, capable of directly analyzing business processes, configuring the system, resolving issues, and implementing continuous improvements. This role will involve close collaboration with Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and technical teams, ensuring efficient process integration and delivery of solutions in an agile and collaborative environment. The professional will play a key role in sustaining and evolving order management, billing, and financial flow processes, directly contributing to the business’s operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- ### **SAP OTC Process Management and Support** * Analyze business requirements and translate needs into functional SAP solutions; * Configure, maintain, and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) process functionalities, including: + Order management; + Pricing; + Billing and invoice issuance; + Credit management; + Accounts receivable. * Resolve incidents, investigate problems, and implement functional improvements. * Perform troubleshooting and support debugging activities to identify root causes. ### **Cross-Functional Integration and Collaboration** * Collaborate with the following areas: + Finance; + Logistics; + Procurement; + Technical teams. * Ensure alignment between business processes and SAP solutions. * Support integrations between SAP and other relevant systems. ### **Functional Development and Project Delivery** * Draft functional specifications and oversee development activities with technical teams; * Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business validations; * Develop functional documentation and support end-user training; * Engage in implementation projects and post-go-live support. ### **Agile Methodology and Continuous Improvement** * Participate in Agile ceremonies: + Daily meetings; + Sprint planning; + Retrospectives. * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement. **What We’re Looking For** ------------------ ### **Technical and Functional Experience** We seek professionals with hands-on experience in: * Over 3 years of experience configuring and supporting SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC); * Solid experience in the following modules: + SAP SD; + SAP FI. * Knowledge of the following processes: + Order management; + Pricing; + Billing; + Credit management; + Accounts receivable. * Experience integrating: + OTC; + FI; + MM. * Familiarity with SAP SD/FI data structures and processes; * Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and collaborate effectively with technical teams; * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe). **Education** ------------ * Bachelor’s degree in: + Information Systems; + Business Administration; + Related fields. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Fluent English (written and spoken); * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse departments. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience with SAP ECC; * Experience with SAP S/4HANA; * SAP certification in SD or FI modules; * Knowledge of: + EDI; + IDoc processing; + Integrations with third-party systems. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Analytical and organized mindset; * Strong problem-solving capability; * Ability to thrive in global, cross-functional environments; * Customer-centric and continuous improvement-oriented mindset.
