We seek a communicative, persuasive, and commercially oriented individual who excels at building relationships and leading negotiations with a focus on conversion. **Main Responsibilities** * Initial client contact via WhatsApp, phone, and in person; * Active prospecting of new clients; * Lead qualification and understanding of client needs; * Clear and strategic presentation of legal services; * Scheduling meetings/consultations for the legal team; * Lead follow-up and tracking; * Updating information in internal systems and managing the sales pipeline. **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Commercial mindset, persuasive ability, and results orientation; * Organizational skills and discipline for follow-ups; * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp, CRM, or spreadsheets); * Professional demeanor and proactivity; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in consultative sales or commercial customer service; * Experience in service industries (especially legal services); * Familiarity with sales targets and performance metrics; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Commissions
