**Job Mission** Plan sales, serve customers, and collect consumer market indicators. Supervise the daily operations of the sales team. Recruit, train, and evaluate sales professionals for products and services. Report sales goal results to management. **Responsibilities** \- Lead, motivate, and guide the consultant team, ensuring engagement and high performance; \- Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and average transaction value, proposing strategies to achieve targets; \- Support management in planning and executing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches; \- Train and develop the team in sales techniques, customer service, products, and services; \- Provide consultative customer service in cases of higher complexity; \- Monitor the team and conduct client visits whenever necessary; \- Ensure achievement of departmental and team targets; \- Ensure team organization and smooth operation regarding scheduling, documentation, time tracking, absenteeism, etc.; \- Participate in the selection process with the company’s HR department whenever necessary; \- Continuously monitor and provide *feedback* to the team, implementing corrective action plans when required; \- Perform sales and team duties during absences, leaves, substitutions, and similar situations whenever necessary; \- Safeguard company assets and equipment; \- Attend company-provided training sessions, meetings, and lectures whenever necessary; \- Respect and comply with internal company policies; \- Perform other duties related to the position as requested by management or executive leadership. **Essential Requirements** \- Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; \- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Human Resource Management and Leadership is a plus; \- Experience in team leadership/management roles; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and integrated systems.
