Operational and administrative support to the sales team **Description of responsibilities:** Will be responsible for customer service, providing support and clarifying customer questions regarding products, services, and company processes. Will manage and track orders from formalization through delivery to the customer, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions. Will prepare commercial proposals, organize documents and files—including sales reports and invoices—as well as update information in internal systems. Will also prepare sales reports and monitor key performance indicators, supporting analysis and decision-making within the commercial area. Will support post-sales activities by contacting customers to monitor satisfaction, record incidents, and assist in resolving issues—aiming to enhance customer loyalty and service quality. Will collaborate closely with the internal sales team, providing operational and administrative support for commercial activities.
