Responsibilities * Analyze problem reports submitted by customers; * Verify possible system failures or usage errors within the system; * Provide functional technical support; * Guide customers on correct system usage; * Support the development team in identifying improvements. Requirements * Completed high school education (bachelor's degree in progress or completed is preferred); * Knowledge of interpreting business processes (finance, sales, production, logistics, etc.); * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Prior experience in functional technical support, requirements analysis, or ERP system implementation.
