Participation in onboarding, climate, and development initiatives Hospital Beneficência Portuguesa de São José do Rio Preto seeks a Human Resources Development Assistant to work with a focus on **Recruitment and Selection**. **Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback). * Support managers in defining recruitment profiles and strategies. * Administer and interpret psychological tests and behavioral assessments. * Participate in onboarding, climate, and people development initiatives. * Maintain and update recruitment and selection databases and indicator reports. * Contribute to projects and continuous improvements in people management practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with an **active CRP registration**. * Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in corporate or hospital environments. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and psychological testing. * Familiarity with digital R\&S tools and HR metrics is desirable. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3.500,00 * Hazard pay: R$ 360,00 * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Meal allowance: R$ 450,00 (Fixed amount) \+ R$ 200,00 (Attendance bonus) \+ R$150,00 (Shift compliance bonus) * BenSaúde Health Plan * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Childcare Assistance BeneValoriza Program: * Wellhub (Gympass) * Birthday Day Off * Pluxee Cuida: Psychological, legal, financial, and nutritional assistance * VidaLink * Elleve Performance \- Professional Development Platform * SESC * Discounts at partner establishments Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
