Post job openings on appropriate channels and screen resumes. Conduct individual interviews, group dynamics, and administer assessments when required. Prepare candidate evaluations and reports to support hiring decisions. Track R\&S metrics (time-to-fill, hire accuracy rate, early turnover) and propose process improvements. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
