Tasks include telephone and WhatsApp outreach, job posting on websites, resume screening, updating spreadsheets and document files, conducting interviews, and assessing behavioral profiles. Additionally, responsibilities include HR operations (D.H.O.) and ensuring a positive organizational climate. Availability required: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Prior experience in the field is required; candidates must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
