Job Summary: Responsible for recruitment, selection, and supporting leaders to maintain a team of qualified professionals and foster a positive organizational climate. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring a positive organizational climate The role involves recruitment, selection, and support to leaders, aiming to contribute to maintaining a team of qualified professionals aligned with the company’s growth and development needs. Tasks include telephone and WhatsApp outreach, job posting on websites, resume screening, updating spreadsheets and document files, conducting interviews, and assessing behavioral profiles. Additionally, responsibilities include HR operations (D.H.O.) and ensuring a positive organizational climate. Availability required: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Prior experience in the field is required; candidates must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
