RECRUITER Salary: R$ 2\.100,00 \+ VT \+ Basic Food Basket R$ 174,10 per month \+ R$ 110,00 retention bonus (provided no justified or unjustified absences occur) Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Work Location: Cajamar City Center \- SP Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Knowledge of talent attraction methods and techniques; * Familiarity with HR tools and digital technologies; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and independently; Responsibilities: * Support candidate Recruitment and Selection processes; * Promote the GRUPO HELPFUL brand across social media and job platforms; * Establish partnerships with universities and educational institutions; * Monitor and report on selection process performance; * Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures; * Provide support for other Human Resources department activities.
