We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinator responsible for quality leadership at the factory, from incoming materials to finished product dispatch. * Manage quality performance indicators and costs of non-quality. * Lead improvement projects focused on reducing losses related to product non-quality, using digital tools, poka-yoke, and re-engineering to prevent recurrence. * Manage and support investigations of factory non-conformities. * Factory recertification against the BRC standard. * Develop and implement an agenda to strengthen the quality culture within the factory. * Critical analysis of SPC (Statistical Process Control) data. * Lead and manage internal and external audits. * Develop and lead the factory quality team (analysts – quality technicians – inspectors and interns); **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or Pharmacy. * Intermediate English * Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint * Autonomy, communication, critical analysis and discipline **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Languages – Advanced English and Spanish * SAP, Minitab, Veeva/Quality One * Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, T&E or R&D.
