Apply here and join us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the team through people management, promoting behavioral development and technical qualification, as well as improving organizational climate; * Train the team to ensure thorough understanding of processes, procedures, products, standards, NCIs (Non-Conformity Reports), NCIs (Non-Conformance Internal Reports), KPIs, and the impact of the production process on product application; * Manage team overtime and vacation banks; * Demonstrate full mastery of KPIs, excel in issue resolution, critically monitor performance, close monthly reports, and ensure appropriate visibility, dissemination, and engagement of teams under supervision; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of assigned areas; * Fully manage NCIs (consistency, comprehensiveness, effectiveness evaluation of corrective actions). Systematically assess root causes of internal and external NCIs and prioritize with management; * Proactively act in the safety area, proposing ideas and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and physical integrity of both team members and the company; * Ensure adherence to production scheduling established by PCP (Production Planning and Control), aligning line production activities with established procedures; * Serve as a trainer for FCC’s Production System (SPF), covering best production practices, and monitor and verify leaders’ routine compliance; * Supervise quality of products in process and finished goods, controlling raw material usage. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
