To find out more visit www.lenovo.com, and read about the latest news via our StoryHub. ### **Description and Requirements** **Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift** ------------------------------------- We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift operations, ensuring KPI delivery within established targets, sustaining production line performance, and developing operational leaders. This role combines strategic and operational responsibilities, including leading manufacturing leaders, monitoring key performance indicators, developing recovery plans, supporting team development, and ensuring operational stability and productivity. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead 2nd shift manufacturing leaders; * Monitor operational KPIs and ensure results delivery; * Define strategies and action plans to recover performance; * Ensure adherence to the production plan and smooth line operations; * Manage people dynamics, provide operational support, and resolve conflicts; * Support team development and training; * Collaborate with related departments to ensure effective communication and operational alignment. ### **Candidate Profile** * Solid experience in manufacturing environments / production lines; * Experience leading teams and developing talent; * Independent, strategic mindset with strong sense of responsibility; * Analytical capability to interpret and manage KPIs; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Mature profile capable of sound decision-making. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * English proficiency is considered a plus.
