Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator E2G III to work in the Fermentation area at our new second-generation ethanol plant, monitoring equipment and ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Do you identify with this? **We are looking for a Production Operator E2G III to work in the Fermentation area, taking on the challenges of our new second-generation ethanol plant located in the Morro Agudo region—SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Monitor and operate fermentation process equipment (pre-fermentation and fermentation); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Ensure quality practices; * Carry out chemical product unloading; * Perform input dosing in the process; * Operate supervisory systems (COI) and field activities; * Conduct necessary sampling during routine operations; * Maintain area organization and cleanliness. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education (a technical or higher education degree in a related field is considered a plus); * Experience in ethanol production processes and supervisory system (COI) operation; * Desired experience in boilerworks, welding, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, and hydroblasting; * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) on a 5x1 schedule; * Willingness to reside in the Morro Agudo—SP region; * Commitment to workplace safety. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
