All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate and monitor specific processing equipment, such as crushers, mills, screens, and classifiers, according to operational guidelines and procedures. * Assist in the operation of flotation, thickening, and filtration circuits, ensuring production and quality targets are met. * Perform cleaning and organization tasks in work areas, maintaining operational conditions within required standards. * Participate in equipment inspection routines, reporting any irregularities or maintenance needs to supervisors. * Communicate continuously with the operational control and maintenance teams to coordinate activities and promptly resolve issues. * Collect material samples at specific process points for quality control, according to instructions. * Strictly comply with safety and environmental procedures, contributing to risk and impact minimization. * Actively participate in inspection and preventive maintenance routines, reporting any anomalies or repair needs to supervisors. * Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including operating time, downtimes, performed maintenance, and any incidents occurred. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School; * Experience operating mineral processing equipment; * Strong reading and text comprehension skills, with experience working according to operational procedures; * Experience with key systems in a mineral processing plant; * Basic knowledge of equipment such as pumps, instruments, among others; * Understanding of the operation and function of interlocks, safety devices for semi-stationary equipment, sensors, limit switches, and basic automation; * Experience in operating Crushing, Grinding, Flotation, Thickening, and Filtration; * Critical awareness of risks to personnel safety. * Basic knowledge of mechanics, tools, lubrication, and metrology. **Additional information** * Medical and dental health plan; * Group life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Pharmacy allowance; * Meal allowance; * Profit-sharing (PLR); * Transportation; * Gympass; * Eyeglass allowance; * English course assistance; * Educational assistance; * Important: Candidates must be willing to reside in Tucumã or Ourilândia do Norte – PA. #### **We are Ero, one of Brazil’s leading producers of copper and gold.
