We are looking for a **PPCM Processes Manager II** to join the **PPCM - E2G** team in **GUARIBA SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Managing and developing the PPCM (Planning, Scheduling, and Maintenance Control) team; * Managing and monitoring scheduled downtimes; * Managing unit maintenance costs and general expenses (contracted services, third parties); * Managing suppliers and tracking purchase orders for materials/services required for harvest and off\-season maintenance; * Managing PPCM performance indicators. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or related fields; * Previous experience in PPCM roles such as Maintenance Planning or Maintenance Engineering; * Field experience in Maintenance Routines (Mechanical, Boiler, Electrical, etc.) is desirable; * Advantage: Experience with Maintenance/Planning of major shutdowns; * Previous experience in Cost Management is desirable; * Knowledge of Project software is desirable; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * SAP PM module knowledge; * Logical reasoning and ease with calculations; * Willingness to relocate and reside in the Guariba SP region. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview \- a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain day\-to\-day activities and challenges.
