We are seeking a Plasterer to join our Industrial team and reside in Mirandópolis**.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** Job Responsibilities: Cleaning and organization, welding of mill rollers, visual inspection of equipment, and boiler-making and welding services during the off-harvest period. Main Interfaces: Other industrial areas, agricultural, administrative, and warehouse departments. Weekly Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Mandatory Technical Skills: Completed High School Desirable Technical Skills: Technical training in mechanics or welding is desirable. Behavioral Technical Skills: Ability to maintain an organized and clean work area; willingness and interest to learn mill operation; capability to perform high-quality plastering (welding) on mill rollers.
