**Work Location:** Assis/SP \- Availability for travel and on-site work in cities where construction projects are underway.

Responsibilities include developing, monitoring, and updating attack plans, schedules, and target budgets; controlling planned vs. actual vs. forecasted production; preparing progress reports and measurements. Act as a bridge between strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring that timelines, costs, and resources are optimized and monitored.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create and monitor comprehensive schedules covering long-, medium-, and short-term perspectives to ensure effective and timely execution
* Monitor project progress;
* Identify project deviations and develop action plans for resolution;
* Analyze data generated by construction sites;
* Prepare periodic project status reports for supervision;
* Collaborate with supervision to define project management KPIs;
* Support the team in risk management and in resolving issues related to project planning and execution;
* Evaluate and adjust budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improved resource allocation;
* Develop weekly and daily production schedules for each team;
* Control and analyze quality, execution, and safety data generated by projects;
* Monitor demand for key materials consumed by construction sites;
* Responsible for measurement processes with clients, generating calculation records, measurement sketches, technological controls, and supplementary documentation;
* Responsible for analyzing projected and allocated costs on construction sites;
* Prepare executive budgets for construction projects;
* Maintain materials, machinery, equipment, and the workplace under their responsibility organized, clean, and well-preserved;
* Use their designated working hours diligently, conscientiously, responsibly, and solely for the company's benefit;
* Ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations—both individual and collective—using appropriate personal protective equipment during service execution.
* Conduct training in their area of expertise when requested;
* Serve as a multiplier in training sessions and other similar events, following prior qualification and superior authorization;
* Perform other duties relevant to this position at the same level of complexity, as directed by their immediate supervisor.
