If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Detailed Description:** * Develop project schedules during the FEL phase. * Develop construction schedules, detailing execution time for each construction phase. * Develop and size resource histograms for construction. * Monitor construction progress and schedule, acting as an interface between planning and production departments. * Perform critical analysis of planning through control (planned vs. actual and trend), from a physical progress perspective. * Conduct periodic meetings with field teams to discuss schedule evolution and other topics pertinent to daily construction operations. * Proactively address issues that may hinder construction progress. * Prepare Control Reports identifying non-conformities and proposing corrective actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Ability to analyze and interpret engineering drawings; * Availability to work on-site in São Luís/MA, without field leave. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience in Earthwork and Drainage Projects * Knowledge and experience with the FEL methodology **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: São Luís/MA * Working Hours: 7:05 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * TotalPass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
