Develop\-yourself in a global and innovative environment while working on projects that improve people's health and well\-being. The intern will collaborate with the **People Partners** team, providing support for activities related to internal policies, labor legislation, HR processes, and culture and engagement initiatives. **Your role** * Support internal Human Resources communications; * Support HR policy management, adjust policies upon request, and update and publish policies in the system; * Support local onboarding of new employees; * Support purchase order processing and invoice handling; * Support HR ticket management and response as needed, and assist the local People Partner with HR processes such as offboarding, promotions, retention, etc. **You are the right person if:** * You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics and Business Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related fields; * You expect to graduate starting May/2027; * You have intermediate English and Excel skills; * You possess knowledge of AI tools that can enhance your productivity and analytical capabilities — this is a plus; * You reside within 40 km or at most a 2-hour commute from the Philips facility in Barueri/SP. **How we work together** We believe we create greater impact when we work together rather than separately. For our office-based team members, this means working onsite for at least three days per week to collaborate and build connections with others. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. For field-based employees, their responsibilities are performed more effectively outside company facilities, typically at customer or supplier sites.
