**What will be your challenges:** * Creating videos for paid media based on campaign performance data (e.g., ROI, CTR, RPM, etc.); * Objectively analyzing and adapting existing videos based on campaign performance data; * Collaborating with our team of professionals to align video editing with the objective of each request and project, ensuring higher-impact deliverables; * Knowledge of best practices for visual content on social media; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail; * Reviewing and refining content based on team feedback and performance metrics; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; * Strong organizational skills are essential; * Analyzing competitors and benchmarks to identify visual opportunities and trends applicable to our videos; * Continuously staying updated on trends, innovations, and best practices in media and creative production, pursuing innovation and excellence in project execution. **What we’re looking for:** * Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop; * Experience creating creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads; * A degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required. **What can help you shine:** * Ability to use performance data to guide creative decisions; * Familiarity with data analysis tools, campaign planning tools, creative production tools, and results analysis tools; * Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday and Notion; * Basic Spanish and/or English; * Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table; * Portfolio of previous work demonstrating graphic design and video editing skills; * Knowledge of the digital market. **What is Beside?** We are a group of media and technology companies that create experiences capable of informing, inspiring, and guiding people around the world.
