We seek passionate and committed professionals ready to grow and innovate with us. ________________________________________________________________________________ **PAINTING ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare vehicle surfaces prior to painting, including sanding, defect removal, corrosion treatment, and primer application. * Prepare and apply polishing compounds and finishing products. * Assist in preparing paints and varnishes by mixing according to manufacturer specifications. * Ensure surface and material conditions meet quality requirements for the painting process. * Monitor the painting process to guarantee adherence to quality and finishing standards. * Collaborate with other workshop professionals—such as painters and body technicians—to ensure smooth service delivery. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in painting preparation and bodywork (preferred). * Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and filler application. * Proficiency in handling bodywork and painting tools and equipment. * Familiarity with automotive products and paints. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH B); * Residency in the Atibaia/SP region. ________________________________________________________________________________ **PROCESS STAGES** Stage 1: Registration Stage 2: HR Interview Stage 3: Manager Interview Stage 4: Internal Assessment Stage 5: Hiring _______________________ **ABOUT US** Be part of Total Group’s success story!
