Job Summary: Packaging Operator to join the EAB team, responsible for maintaining an organized work area, filling big bags with sugar, controlling big bag inventory, and supporting transportation processes. We are seeking a **Packaging Operator** to join the **EAB** team in **Brotas, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bagging area and packaging rooms; * Fill big bags with sugar; * Move empty packaging to the bagging area for use; * Complete entries in forms and operational control records; * Apply seals to big bags and record seal consumption; * Maintain control of available seals in the area; * Monitor sugar transportation processes for bagging; * Participate in customer audits and certification processes; * Commitment to safety rules and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Primary education; * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) and a 5x1 day-off schedule; * Residence in: Brotas, SP; Torrinha, SP; or Dois Córregos, SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required data. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
