We are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** to strengthen our team and ensure excellence in our transportation and distribution activities. We seek a dynamic, analytical professional with strong leadership skills to work in a high-demand operational environment with great responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure efficient execution of routes, on-time delivery, and cargo protection, proposing new routes and optimizations when necessary; * Supervise and guide operational teams, ensuring alignment of activities, discipline, safety, compliance with procedures, and work hour control; * Monitor operational performance by tracking indicators such as productivity, fleet performance, loading/unloading times, damages, and service quality; * Develop and manage partnerships with third parties and suppliers, evaluating performance and strengthening distribution capacity; * Support management in cost analysis and implementation of improvements, aiming to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency; * Integrate and align operations with maintenance, logistics, planning, and HR, ensuring smooth operations, completion of preventive/corrective maintenance, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; · Previous experience in logistics operations, transportation, or distribution; · Experience leading operational teams, with focus on performance, discipline, and safety; · Knowledge in route planning, operational indicators, work hour control, and fleet management; · Advanced Excel **Interpersonal Skills:** · Clear and assertive communication · Conflict management and active leadership · Empathy and collaborative attitude Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$57,000.00 - R$108,000.00 per year Benefits: * Food basket * Profit sharing
