Team strategic planning and department structuring **Key Responsibilities:** * End-to-end process modeling (BPMN). * Performance indicator management and business insight (Cohort Analysis, LTV, CAC). * Development of automations and internal tools (Sheets, App Script, Python). * Must understand churn and commercial metrics. * Direct interface with Technology and Customer Success teams. * Team strategic planning and department structuring. **Requirements:** * Solid experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Looker or similar). * Mindset oriented toward autonomy and problem-solving under pressure. * Degree in Process Management or related fields. * Ego-free attitude with solution-oriented focus. * Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments (Startup).
