Key Responsibilities: * Supervise, guide, and motivate the customer service team. * Monitor call center metrics, prepare reports, and develop action plans. * Ensure achievement of individual and collective goals. * Conduct team training and development programs. * Support strategic negotiations and mediate discussions with key clients. * Identify opportunities for process, product, and service improvements. * Hold regular alignment and feedback meetings. * Monitor customer interactions and suggest sales strategies. * Support the commercial management team in defining policies and strategies. Required Qualifications: * Availability to work flexible hours. * Opportunity for remote work (home office). * Prior experience in team management. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory). * Fluency in Spanish, French, or German. * Residency in the state of São Paulo.
