You will be responsible for team coordination and client relationship management, implementing actions that drive results. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the process and completion of all services across units; * Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative results within your scope, developing action plans, strategies, and innovative initiatives to optimize unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for your unit, ensuring it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year; * Lead team management by applying HR policies, participating in recruitment, onboarding, and task direction; establish effective communication and promote technical, behavioral, health, and safety training; keep the team engaged, informed, and productive; * Work within a large-scale corporate operation Key Requirements: * Academic Qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in (Business Administration / Engineering / Nutrition or related fields aligned with business needs; for multi-unit roles exclusively in FOOD, only Nutrition is required) * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Valid driver’s license; * Personal vehicle (preferred).
