Ready to join our team?** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * **Education/Qualifications:** Completion of Elementary School preferred. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE** On-site **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Experience working in rural areas—such as sugarcane, orange, coffee, nurseries, and related fields—is preferred. **️ WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Prepare microcuttings, plant microcuttings, move empty tables and tables with seedlings, transplant seedlings, select and box seedlings, load seedling boxes onto trucks, apply agrochemicals, manage fertigation, perform bar irrigation, prepare and compact substrates, wash and place tubettes into trays, unload trucks carrying inputs, and move inputs within the nursery; and be available to work rotating shifts. All these tasks must be performed in compliance with safety and quality standards; achieve productivity targets per operation; maintain a clean and organized workplace; and follow the nursery’s phytosanitary regulations.
