This role requires energy, creativity, and responsibility, ensuring that children enjoy safe leisure and fun while also experiencing high-quality educational and recreational activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and guide children during park activities; * Facilitate age-appropriate games, play, and recreational activities; * Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times; * Engage in playful and supportive ways to stimulate creativity and social integration; * Adhere to Wow Park's operational rules and safety guidelines; * Provide support to parents and guardians whenever necessary. **Job Information** Salary: R$ 1\.518,00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance \+ R$ 25.00 daily Food Allowance \+ Bonuses after probationary period; Work Location: Shopping Pier 21 – Brasília/DF; Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Rotating 6x1 schedule (with one Sunday off per month). **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from high school; * Prior experience working with children is preferred; * Dynamic, communicative, and highly energetic profile; * Commitment and responsibility when interacting with children. **Benefits:** Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance
