Our Marketing teams adopt a data-driven approach focused on developing a consumer-centric mindset, aiming to improve the brand’s core processes and bring innovation to the company. **What you’ll do:** The Analyst will execute and optimize Electrolux brand communication strategies across physical and digital retail, with a focus on performance. You will be responsible for translating marketing and sales objectives into tactical plans applied to categories such as Small Appliances, ensuring visibility and conversion in retail. This role requires an analytical and execution-oriented profile, with the ability to monitor KPIs, propose adjustments, and implement actions that connect corporate, seasonal, and launch campaigns to sell-out initiatives. You will work synergistically with the Senior Analyst, ensuring complementarity across categories and supporting omnichannel strategies. Key responsibilities include: * Implement tactical communication plans for categories, aligned with the brand’s campaign calendar; * Support execution of 360° retail campaigns, focusing on visibility and conversion; * Develop co-op media activities, in-store activations, and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand identity; * Support creation and implementation of MPDVs, displays, and in-store activations; * Ensure correct application of visual identity across all consumer touchpoints; * Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Commercial, and Market Intelligence teams to execute strategies; * Support relationships with agencies and suppliers to implement activities. As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking (EMS / C2W) projects and activities. **Who you are:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in product marketing, retail, or trade marketing; * Basic knowledge of the marketing funnel and consumer behavior; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); * Experience with small appliances or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) categories is considered a plus. **Where you’ll be:** You’ll be based at the Electrolux office in São Paulo—the hub for Electrolux’s Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil—and work alongside colleagues fully dedicated to enhancing the consumer journey.
