We guarantee service quality by valuing our employees—with smiles and dedication—always being CLOSE TO YOU. **FUNCTION MISSION:** Manage maintenance areas, perform general repairs, and serve all guests professionally and in accordance with Vila Galé standards. **YOUR PROFILE:** **Completed Technical or Higher Education in related fields:** Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, etc. Relevant experience in this role or similar positions is desirable; experience in the hospitality sector, shopping malls, or hospitals is considered an advantage. Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and hotel systems and/or software from an end-user perspective. Basic knowledge of smartphone usage. **General maintenance knowledge:** Painting, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, and Telephony. Basic understanding of leadership, logistics, and procurement. Basic knowledge of building safety regulations. High sense of responsibility and urgency, good communication skills, organizational ability, rigor, resilience, customer orientation, and teamwork spirit. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate and schedule general hotel maintenance. Analyze work orders and determine necessary actions. Assess daily productivity and propose new work methods whenever required. Request materials, conduct market research, and propose service and cost improvement initiatives to Management. Create and/or approve work schedules, days off, and vacation plans. Train, select, and monitor the development of department staff. Interact with third-party service providers. Determine and control inventory levels of materials, equipment, and tools under the department’s responsibility.
