Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing mechanical designs of thermoforming machines, preparing technical details, specifying materials, and analyzing costs. Key Highlights: 1. Proactivity and focus on continuous project improvement **Working Days:** Monday to Friday **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:28 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:38 PM **Education:** \- Technologist / Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or Design (currently pursuing or completed) **Required Courses, Specializations, and/or Knowledge:** \- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) \- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings \- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials \- ERP systems (structure registration and product engineering) \- Knowledge of cost analysis and project feasibility \- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability \- Microsoft Office **Required Experience:** \- Experience with industrial machine projects \- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment **Main Responsibilities and Duties:** Develop mechanical designs of thermoforming machines in 2D and 3D. Prepare technical details and fabrication drawings. Specify materials and components according to technical requirements and applicable standards. Conduct project cost estimation and analysis. Register items, bills of materials (BOM), and product structures in the ERP system. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for projects. Propose and implement improvements to existing projects aimed at reducing costs, increasing performance, and enhancing reliability. Collaborate with production, procurement, and assembly departments to ensure project feasibility.
