Its focus is to help organizations optimize their hiring and talent development processes. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate daily logistics department operations, ensuring proper flow of receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping. Supervise the operational team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Control inventory, track stocktaking, and ensure data accuracy in the system. Monitor delivery routes, fleet control, and delivery scheduling to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee loading and unloading processes, inspections, documentation, and material conditions. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legislation, and safety practices. Support implementation of new processes and operational improvements. Resolve issues promptly to meet internal and customer demands efficiently. Integrate communication among logistics, sales, procurement, and other departments to align priorities. Previous experience as Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
