We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and organized professional with experience in **logistics process planning and control**, inventory and transportation management, as well as skills in performance indicator analysis and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, and distribution); * Control and analyze logistics performance indicators (KPIs); * Prepare performance reports and propose improvement actions; * Monitor inventories and inventory control; * Negotiate delivery schedules, freight costs, and terms with suppliers and carriers; * Support the implementation of logistics systems and processes; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering**, or related fields; * Previous experience in logistics or similar roles; * Knowledge of **ERP, WMS**, and **advanced Excel**; * Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills; * Organized, committed, and results-oriented. **Desired Profile:** A professional with **strategic vision**, skilled in **process management** and **data analysis**, demonstrating a collaborative attitude and commitment to achieving results.
