Join Hero!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Draft, review, and file documents such as corporate bylaws, articles of incorporation, shareholder meeting minutes, and documents related to company formation or dissolution. Directly interact with agencies including the Board of Trade, Federal Revenue Service, Municipalities, and State Finance Secretariats to enable registrations and licenses; * Monitor the validity of Negative Debt Certificates (CNDs) and manage the renewal of operating, health, and safety permits.
