Job Summary: Supervise production stages to ensure efficiency and quality in laundry and garment hygiene processes, while directly participating in operations. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and team productivity monitoring We are seeking a Laundry Supervisor to work at a renowned laundry delivery service in Curitiba/PR. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and participate in production stages to ensure process efficiency and quality; * Actively participate in operations, directly contributing to laundry and garment hygiene processes; * Perform quality control; * Monitor team productivity; * Supervise adherence to deadlines and company-established excellence standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in production and team leadership; * Knowledge of laundry processes, including garment washing and hygiene techniques; * Knowledge of fabrics is desirable. **Compensation:** * Salary: R$3\.000,00\. * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher: R$ 20.00 per day. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00 \+ Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
