It is an environment designed for those who wish to engage in consistent legal practice and increase earnings over time. **Responsibilities** * Conduct telepresence labor hearings, including initial hearings, evidentiary hearings, and UNA hearings. * Engage in settlement negotiations during hearings, pursuing strategic solutions for clients. * Draft objections related to conducted hearings. * Prepare final arguments, when required. * Analyze reports and follow daily procedural guidance from the team. * Use legal tools and internal systems for case management and tracking. **Tools Used** * PJe – Electronic Judicial Process System * ADVBRASIL (internal client service and case tracking system) Requirements: **Requirements** * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration * Proven experience conducting labor hearings (minimum 1 year; greater practical experience preferred) * Experience with telepresence hearings * Strong argumentation, negotiation, and hearing-conducting skills Benefits Commission
